Amiee Maxwell - Chris Call
Amiee Maxwell is based out of Salt Lake City and spends as much time as possible living out of her Subaru in the Utah and Nevada desert. After finishing college in the Midwestern US and returning from a typical post-college European backpacking adventure, Amiee decided she hadn’t seen enough of the US. Kerouac-styled road trip ensued and she discovered the West becoming completely captivated by Utah – the quirky politics, the endless outdoor recreation opportunities, and the unbelievably shocking beauty of the red rock desert.
When not out recreating herself, Amiee enjoys writing about travel gear for the BootsnAll travel network, blogging about Salt Lake City for NileGuide, and working in cancer research at the University of Utah.
